Transition & Reinvention Coach for Purpose-Driven Women
I help accomplished women navigate career change, reclaim clarity, and build a life aligned with their values — without abandoning their ambition or their families.
MY COACHING APPROACH
I don’t follow a rigid method. Every woman arrives at coaching with her own story, challenges, and aspirations.
If you are brand new to coaching, I offer a supportive space to explore what brings you here, clarify what matters most, and help you move from where you are to where you want to be.
That said, many of our conversations begin with values.
When external success or life in general no longer aligns with internal truth, tension builds. Coaching creates the space to explore that tension and move forward with clarity.
Together, we often explore:
Clarifying core personal values
Identifying areas of misalignment
Redefining ambition on your own terms
Exploring possibilities and next steps
Moving from reflection to meaningful action
This work is both strategic and deeply personal.
Because coaching is commitment rooted in trust, vulnerability, and connection, I do not take on new clients without first meeting them.
I offer a limited number of free 30-minute consultations on Mondays for those who want to explore whether we are a good fit.
If you would prefer more time and a deeper initial conversation, you are also welcome to book a 50-minute Discovery Session at my regular rate.
IS COACHING RIGHT FOR ME?
If you're wondering whether we'd be a good fit, these questions may help.
-
You don't need to have everything figured out before reaching out. Coaching is often most valuable when you're navigating a transition, carrying more than feels sustainable, facing an important decision, or simply longing for dedicated space to pause, reflect, and move forward with greater clarity and intention.
You don't have to be in crisis to benefit from coaching. Sometimes, you simply need a space that's focused entirely on you.
-
I work with people who care deeply… about their families, their work, their communities, or the causes they believe in.
Many of my clients are nonprofit leaders, advocates, educators, entrepreneurs, caregivers, and professionals navigating meaningful transitions. Others simply feel called to make a positive difference in the lives of those around them.
What connects them isn't a specific profession—it's a desire to live and lead in a way that reflects their values, while creating a meaningful impact without losing themselves in the process.
-
Every coaching relationship is unique, but many clients come to coaching because they want support navigating questions like:
How do I lead without burning out?
How do I make decisions that align with my values?
How do I set healthier boundaries without feeling guilty?
How do I balance my own well-being with the responsibilities I carry?
What's next for me professionally or personally?
How do I move from feeling stuck to taking meaningful action?
How do I create a life and leadership style that feels sustainable?
-
Not at all.
Some clients begin coaching with a clear objective, while others arrive with a feeling that something needs to change but aren't yet sure what that looks like.
Coaching isn't just about achieving goals—it's also about creating the space to better understand yourself, reconnect with what matters most, and discover the direction that feels right for you.
-
You're still welcome here.
While much of my professional experience is rooted in nonprofit leadership, community organizing, and social impact, my coaching is designed for anyone who wants to lead with greater purpose, intention, and authenticity.
If you're someone who wants your work and your life to reflect your values, we'll likely have plenty to explore together.
-
Coaching and therapy each serve an important purpose, and for many people they complement one another.
Therapy often focuses on understanding and healing the past. Coaching is future-oriented. Together, we'll explore where you are today, where you want to go, and the actions, mindset, and support that can help you get there.
As your coach, I won't diagnose or treat mental health conditions. Instead, I'll partner with you through thoughtful questions, reflection, accountability, and encouragement as you move toward the life and leadership you want to create.
-
Many of the people I coach are the ones others rely on. They're leaders, caregivers, changemakers, and problem-solvers who spend so much time supporting others that they rarely have space to check in with themselves.
Coaching gives you permission to step out of that role for a while—to think out loud, explore what's on your mind without judgment, and reconnect with your own voice before returning to the people and work you care about.
